These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from Ghost Tools through www.ghosttools.net. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Product availability, prices, taxes, and shipping charges are shown during checkout and may change before an order is accepted. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; Ghost Tools does not store complete payment-card numbers.

PRODUCT USE

Ghost Tools products are professional tools. Customers are responsible for determining suitability, following the product instructions, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and operating tools safely and in accordance with applicable laws.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping and return terms are described in the Shipping & Payment Information and Return Policy pages linked in the website footer. Those policies are incorporated into these terms.

90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Ghost Tools warrants the original purchaser that the 7-inch brushless variable-speed stone polisher will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended professional stonework use for 90 days from delivery. This warranty excludes pads and other consumables, normal wear, misuse, abuse, accidents, alteration, incorrect voltage, improper water handling, and unauthorized repair.

A warranty claim requires proof of purchase and inspection by Ghost Tools. For an approved claim, Ghost Tools may repair or replace the tool at its option. The customer pays shipping to Ghost Tools; Ghost Tools pays return shipping for the repaired or replacement tool. This limited warranty does not replace rights that cannot legally be excluded.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Ghost Tools name, logos, website content, product images, and related materials may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of a product or this website. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
